An important message to our customers about our response to Covid-19 

First and foremost, we wish everyone the best during this challenging time. Let's all do what we can to social distance and stay positive. Everyone's safety and well-being, including our customers as well as our employees and our families is a top priority. 

The following information is provided to offer guidance related how the Covid-19 situation may affect the customers of our various divisions:

Cow Magnet Customers:
Orders will continue to be processed daily by our office staff which is working remotely. Actual order fulfilment and outbound shipments are being done twice weekly, so there should only a two-day delay in order fulfulment at most.

OEM Magnet Customers:
Orders will continue to be processed daily by our office staff which is working remotely. Actual order fulfilment and outbound shipments are being done twice weekly, so there should only a two-day delay in orderfulfulment at most.

Printed Scrap Sorting Magnet Customers:
Orders will continue to be processed daily by our office staff which is working remotely. Because orders of these magnet require custom printing and assembly and we are working remotely and with a limited crew, our production time may take up to 4 weeks, rather than our normal 2 to 3 weeks.

Below is our current in-house order shipping schedule estimate:

Order number range: W-36564 to W-36599 should be completed and shipped by 4/15/2020 or sooner.
All other orders should ship by 4/29/2020 or sooner assuming the order is not on hold/waiting for your proof approval.
